well it depends what kind of sound you want, the bigger the hole the deeper the sound,smaller holes make more raspy notes

ive got the factory cold feed on it, are drill bits measure in length or width?

Just done mine mate,used a 10mm drill bit tho,front,side closest to the wing and bottom.Theres a tutorial in the tutorials section might help ya :thumbs: and you def need some cold air feeds for the effect

is there a way to mess up the drilling, dont think i drilled enough holes? drilled them in the side as you look at it, the side closest the wing and below closest to the wing. do i need more? used about a 3mm drill bit

Theres is no real need to spend £35 on aftermarket panel filter after drilling airbox! Ihave drilled airbox with standard filter!

This is probably a dumb question but why do some people fit after market panel filters to drilled air boxes?Will it help performance or sound in anyway and is it neccasary to get one if your drilling your airbox?Cheers for any help in advance
