Firstly, the fuel pump relay does control the EM light.

The wire that powers the EM light is brown/yellow, so by touching this to an earth, the light should come on. (obviously this is just to test it)

If you've wired it correctly the other thing is the ECU, if its faulty the light won't come on.

i recall someone saying the ecu doesnt like it if the relay doesnt work...

dont have to run a wire to the fuel pump it self just to a wire near the ecu. and the em light does not have anything to do with the cars relay

..as my ecu light doesnt come on on my conversion, but it still doesnt when changing the relay, so which wire do i run to the fuel pump and where too on the fuel pump?
