off the top of my head...the heater will have some sort of resistor which varies the motor speed, that or could be the cable behind the dial?

Ive got a mate with a 1.0 corsa C but the heater only works on level 4 and does nothing on 1,2 and 3. Im sure ive seen this mentioned on here before but cant find the answer. Any help please? Thanks in advance.
