the bit where the rubber sheath stops and the cable comes out over the top of the injector harness. | |

yes thats what i mean, its not shutting properly. where do you mean the clamping point? | |

its not the cable, does the same wether its connected or not | |

disconnect the cable and check its not that thats at fault. | |

try cleaning out the throttle body first they get coked up and stick either that or lub the spring and cable up a bit | |

is this possible? on my XE the throttle is a little sloppy, i mean it doesnt return to the correct position for idle everytime so its sitting at roughly 1200rpm ocasionaly. |
