Is it defineatly sparking on all four. Not an ideal method but cant you get a mate to help, you.....take 1 spark plug out at a time, put it into the HT lead so you can see the end of the spark plug and crank it over, do this for each cylinder and see if you have a good spark on all four.

Dont advise u take em all out at once though.

Also, try WD40-ing all electrical connections you can see under the bonnet, u might have water somewhere.

as a precaution change the HT's and Spark Plugs anyway, also make sure the dizzy cap hasn't taken in moisture (if it has one)

eyup..
For last month or so when i have been driving home from work at 12ish at night it splutters a bit in 4th and 5th for a couple of miles then is ok.

Driving my car to work last night and was parking up and it spluttered and sounded like it was on 3 cylinders, this has happened ages ago so i just thought it was wet spark plugs cos of rain and big bonnet vent. Drove it home like this and spark plugs are bone dry? ht leads seem to be on ok
what should I do?:boggle::boggle:
