mine judders on moving off coz the clutch is worn right down, check the clutch cable adjuster if there's no thread left ie on further adjustment possible and clutch pedal is level or below brake pedal then clutch is worn and needs a new plate

Blimey - LOL car juddering & gearstick wobble due to an induction kit - thats a new one on me

Gearstick wobble may be due to sloppy/broken gearbox mount or maybe the clutch isnt alligned properly? My 20XE does this a little when its cold but its no cause for concern.

bearing in mind an induction kit does naff all to ur performance, just get an air box, drill it a lil and derestrict the inside of it + panel filter, will still sound good but won't make ur car judder and make you look silly.

mine does this to, would you say its down to the induction kit then and does it do anything to the car?

hmmm mine did this for a while, also kicked some thick smoke out the back when i started it.

air box back on it doesn't chuck smoke out the back and i don't think its juddered for a while.

my car judders of a morning sometimes aswell, this was fue to me putting a induction system on with a cold air feed.

the dampness gets to it, making it judder for a while.

Hi Guys,

Question: First thing in the morning when I set off, the car judders as I take my foot off the clutch and the gear lever wobbles backwards and forwards. After a couple of stops and starts it has stopped doing it. Why...?

Cheers.
