Thats exactly the same problem I had a bit ago where once it was warm it would cut out when I put my clutch in! The EML wasn't on but took it to Vauxhall anyway, turned out to be the crankshaft sensor.

quote: CTS Can go tits up without overheating... theres three coolant sensors in a corsa altogether... i vote vehicle speed sensor, part of the clocks  [Edited on 26-09-2005 by SRi-Co]

quote: surely it would be CTS problem if it were overheating? i would take a guess at it being idle control valve.

is your speedo working? if its not i'd check the speedo cable... if you speedo is working then i'd replace the coolant temperture sensor...

as soon as the car warms up and i stop to idle i.e at the lights or at a junction it just cuts out. It even happens if im in betwwen gears and i pause between gears and let it drop to idle it just cuts out. |
