My 1.0 12V been doing same thing on and off. It's only really noticable in thick fog or heavy rain - I've had to sit at traffic lights holding the throttle down to stop it stalling. Dunno for sure what it is but I suspect it's gotta be electrical since it doesn't happen when it's dry. It's got new plugs. Dunno about the coil block. I'm going to try cleaning the connections on the wiring loom to some of the sensors.

My gsi did this for a while turned out to be a split vaccum pipe to the head causing oil to go all mayo like..

Sorted with an oil change and new pipe(s)

My car (1.2 8v) has recently decided to start running really rough mostly in mornings or when its been wet, seems to struggle to keep ticking over and some times cuts out, if i get to some traffic lights or roundabout when i go to move again it will cut out unless i put a fair amount of accelerator down, if it does cut out it takes a fair bit of starting up!

any ideas??

(no wise cracks please)
