Shortened inlet Mantzel or similar,
264cams (or similar)
Unichip although emerald or MBE/DTA etc ouwl d be better
ARP's
Gasflowed head- reshape inlet valve throats, polish chambers, match lower inlet, improve exhuast flow a bit, reduce the valve seat size, and that's abotu it.

my cams were rather lame, they were for a 1.4 16v 244 degree i think, go for 264, max you can go for on standard pistons. what details of head work do you want?

Inlet manifold, cams, full exhaust, arp rod bolts, polished and ported head, remap with raised rev limiter.

im rebuilding my c16xe this winter, but while doing it i want more power! possibly 140bhp, but more realisticly 130bhp.
What are the best ways of getting there?
