Its wierd i have just bin to the car it starts now but runs abit lumpy it is idling at 500 rpm any one know what i can do to get it to idle a 750 - 1000 rpm | |

Well, if u got all ur parts (key, Pickup and ecu) FROM ur dona car ... then i wont be ur standard immob .. | |

if it was a Spi did you change the fuel pump to a Mpi | |

check for spark.. take a plug out... check all earths on the fuel rail area too.... you did also put any black wires to live yeah? and get everything nicely timed up ? | |

if the em light is flashing its definately immobiliser. if not, check you have a spark. did this once and it turned out i had left the plug off the DIS module. | |

immobiliser chip in the key needs a new code from the X16 immobiliser unit :) | |

Alrite mate i had the exact same of thing when i did my conversion .... when u fire it up .. check ur engine management light ... if it flashes constant .. then its ur immob | |
