on a 1.2 it should take longer for the engine to reach that sort of temp!!

my 1.4 16v takes a while to get up to temp... then it hangs round at 90 degrees so ur 1.2 shouldn't be on 95 that quick, i'd replace coolant it i were you.

95 sounds fine, check your coolant levels and make sure its a good pink/green colour. as long as fan is kicking in and bringing temps back down, it should be fine

Whats the normal temp for an engine to run at? Mine gets up to near 95 degrees within 5 mins of starting. Is this normal? My other corsa stays low all the time. Any ideas?
