Is it a mark or just faded paint?

maybe its some of the glue residue left? try heating it up (but dont go too mad with the heatgun/hair dryer) and rubbing it off

buy carplan t-cut , it is in a red bottle about 4pound i think, this is good stuff i used it to get rid off the mark. you may have to do it a few times.

i got this problem too on my black corsa........
i took the one strip off the passenger side and left the drivers side to see if i liked it or not.

i got flat hazy marks where the strip was,ive used t-cut and autoglym polish to give it shine but they are still visable.

i am thinking of puttin a new bump strip back on, too much hassle to cover the marks up,

has anyone got any ideas at all?????????????????????????

i removed bumpstrips and all the gluey stuff but there are a couple of long marks in a milky lighter blue on the body...i have tried a lil bit of auto glym on it but its still obvious :( has anyone else found this? its not a spray tide it looks like some kind of marking tho :(
