black/ grey smoke is a sign of overfuelling

blue smoke when you pull off/ boot it is worn rings

blue smoke on start-up is stem seals

white smoke is head gasket

smoke is black not usual blue/grey smoke from stem seals etc. guna give it a oil change then see if it helps

Mine does this also...

Only smokes when the engine is hot & im pulling away from idle, no other time...

Done oil flush, replace fuel filter... but I think it is signs of valvestem seals/piston rings...

Doing full rebuild from September, so will sort it out then...

Also... some X16XE engines suffer from undersized pistons, but its not a well documented issue

Could be many a problem.
COuld be valve stem seals.
Could be an early sign of worn piston rings too...
