I've had a Pioneer for less than a year but it seems the remote control bit on the back doesn't work. Is it worth contacting them to see if I have a one year manufacturers warranty or something? | |

Got a kenwood DMASK head unit, and im pretty sure the gold contact pins on the face plate and or head unit are bent so they do not connect properly. |
