well flashing strip has worked for me, 154.9db inside and hardly any sound outside indicates its working. Might not be as effecient as others since you may need more layers but if you want a cheaper alternative then there you go! | |

I used flashing strip on my roof and all the door panels, massive difference! Normally need more than one layer tho. | |

Looking for a cheaper alternative, that will do a simular job. hopefully under £20 |
