I have 2 problems on my 1.2 corsa

Problem 1 :- if i have the sidelights or headlights on and press the brake (with no keys in ignition) the ignition comes on, so now when i come home from work with the lights on i put my foot on the brake take keys out and the engine continues to tick over.

Problem 2:- my drivers side rear lights work fine but the passengers side are acting weird, the rear lights work fine but when i apply the brake the rear passenger sie light turns off and nothing is shown.

Does anyone know whats causing this??:boggle:
