my 14se does this, it runs on 3clynders and coughs n splutters put ur foot down u lose all power then it will jolt forward. until ive driven a couple miles n then it sorts its self

ht lead i had this problem when i had my saxo water was coming through vent onto ht lead

My XE has a similar problem but only when cold...........probably realted to something else?

spark plug or ht lead mite be damaged so the spark inst gettin through

i have a 14xe and whenever it gets damp it seems to run on 3 cylinders, soundling like a subaru and losing a load of power.

does anyone know what could be causing this?
