just jacked the car up and checked everything and i can say the ball joint is bent

and as for the tracking i guess this is best done when i've fitted the new ball joint

will i be ok to drive to work with it like this it's a 25mile round trip taking it steady of course!

Check rim for damage
Check steering rack and suspension for any serious signs of bending
Check driveshafts
Get the tracking done

i've been a bit stupid coming home with a mate (me in my car him in his) when't round the roundabout once then did'nt see my mate so i when't round again and thought i saw him going down one off the road going off the roundabout and then BBAAMM i'd hit the kerb on the passenger side

nobody else involed,

feel fookin stupid now, someone in a kitted up green corsa pulled up  ask if i was ok

now here's the question/s

i've not had change to look at it properly
it drove home ok apart from the steering wheel not pointing straight

has anyone else done this?

what should i check?

if i replace anything on this side would it be worth doing the other side too?

thanks and don't laugh too much cheers:thumbs::lol:
