Yeah the car should have a 1 degree toe out (hence the -1)

the steering wheel slightly to the left maybe becuase of play in the steering rack, they have to "judge"/guess where straight is, then they check according to that. the toe out being slightly too big wouldn't really cause the pulling, I'd suggest you check the bottom ball joints and ok and th ebotls holding them on are tight and have no play in them, as this is like to cause the handling you experince.
I'd suggest you check the passangers side first.

still sounds out to me, they should offer a free re-check so get em to re-check and sort it :thumbs:

Hi just had new wheels fitted (16" et45) and the car was pulling to the left. so decided to get the tracking done to see if it helps but the it is still the same and now the steering wheel is out slightly to the left aswell. any ideas? the guy who did the tracking at ATS said the tracking was at -3 and should have been at -1 so he he adjusted it.
