i had a similar problem and it turned out all the connections in my fuse box had gone green as the car was once stood a long time. cleaned all the connections up and it was fine after that | |

You're not getting damp onto the ECU are you? mine did this, was running down the loom into the footwell. Kept chucking all sorts of fault codes at me. | |

but even before it was disconnected, i did get alot of random fault codes, thats why i have loads of new sensors, i gave up after a while coz the codes where staying there!! | |

have you re-set your ECU?? If its buggered, it normally knows it and has a fault code for a fucked ECU, as I had this :( . Disconnect you battery for an hour or so, should reset the ECU. | |

Take it to a local ECU test centre andget them to run a diag on it's £40, could also be the loom though mind. | |
