Im going to a mechanic to get a track rod end done 2moro, so maybe hel look at it then.. the back plate? but sure theres pads on each side of the disk?!

:lol: didnt read that at all did i. if it is making the noise when your not braking then something is fouling the disc.

possibily the back plate??

give it 2 weeks and the noise will go, its just because there not allowed to uswed asbestos anymore and the material they use is shoot

were the calipers ok on their sliding mounts? could be binding a little bit maybe.... or some crap on the pads/disc? if they're all mounted secure then buy a can of brake cleaner and give it a few squirts :thumbs:

Hey,

Just a quick question, I recently changed the front brake pads myself, without any bother.. the only thing is that some times there is a fouling/screech <not very loud> like brake noise even when Im not pressing the pedal.. what could be fouling???
