As on the pic there, two bits of the chassis stick out at right angles... use a hammer to bend these back against the chassis or cut them off. No big job.

i just never expected this, it being a gm part

Its in a different place because of the aircon box behind the glovebox. Just hangs down where the foglight should sit.

One side sat lower then the other too, but this is okay now :)

Its not as bad as Vaux / Irmscher make out. Just be prepared to have a little more work than non-air con cars.

The metal parts you ground off have to be removed on any corsa, I just hammered mine back on themselves. So what exactly about the washer bottle on air con cars interferes with the bumper? Just out of interest...

My 2000 Sport had aircon and airdam. Washer bottle needed a bit of work, but it went on.

yuou can do it, its because the bootle gets in the way, but you can move to bottle with little trouble.

thats just silly tho. i dont no anythign about this, it just seems wierd seeing as its all gm parts.

also, surely the crash bar is the most external point

could possibly be to do with the Aircon radiator or pipe work fouling the bumper :boggle:.
