not had it but just take the door card off and look!

Mate has a problem that he can only open the passenger door from the inside, the outside handle doesnt work for some reason. Hasnt taken any of the door card etc off yer but thinks could be a metal bar or sometign which connects has come off or broke.

Any1 else had this problem? solution?
