Lol, we have this shit on ebay.de since a few weeks...
It fools the Engine about the Motor Temperature, so the Engine thinks it is cold, and injects more fuel, so we have a richer mixture, could resist into a little power improvement, but will also kill your catalytic convertor soon.

it might be linked to a power bosst valve or something? so wen its up full it throws more petrol in to the engine!
