If you are goin to fix a facelift-grill into a pre-facelift car, you will have to drill 2 holes, for the screws of the grill. Use a fine drill and Metal screws. Original facelift Corsas have sqare-shaped holes with plasic-inlets to hold GM-screws...

wil need to buy 2 plastic bits for the Vgrill if your puttint hat on
