i got Scorpion group A stainless steel exhaust on my Gsi
from the cat back, so got the standard cat, scorpion middle silencer and backbox...it is too quiet! the induction sound from my viper is louder till higher revs!

i want it louder and deeper with NO rasp/screech!!!!:(

would putting in a "smaller" middle silencer acheive this???
as my middle silencer is damaged and rattles badly at low revs!!!!

i agree with a_j_mair, i have a similar setup and its really loud, quite a meaty roar but doesn't match the poncy engine

I'm going to fit a jetex box in my decat with Mantzel group a it's just to much noise for me (i'm 38 years old that's the problem:lol:)

the bigger the box and the more u have the quieter it will be so if you put that in reverse smaller box and less boxes
Can any one confirm this but can u not loose compressionn / back pressure with less boxes and end up loosing power

What sort of power gains do you get from removing Cat? also along with no center silencer and just a rear box how much louder will it be

i have a bfo system, had a de-cat with silencer and it was quiet but nice, recently swapped it for one with no silencer, sounds alot nicer under acceleration but still not over powering

Mine sounds a bit throaty under acceleration...

Decat with silencer, no centre silencer.

if i have my cat removed, will the centre silencer restrict it at all? will i notice any difference in sound of performance if i take my cat out?

cheers
