Thanks people. I took it apart today, and it was indeed full of crap. Working fine now, just in time for its MOT.

Remove the washer bottle - 1 x 10mm nut and then pull off the motor. Prise out the rubber bung with a screwdriver or something similar. Clean it thoroughly with a nail brush etc to all the tiny holes are nice and clean. What washer fluid are you using? I used to use Halfords but have found that it ALWAYS congeals in the bottle and blocks up the rubber bung etc...

when you take the pump out does the water pour out of the bottle?

if not there is a rubber bung in the bottle that the pumo sits in this has little filter holes in it which are more than likely blocked

The motor on the pump is fine (can hear it going), and when I lft the pump out water is visible, so I assume there is a blockage in the pump itself.

Ive got an MOT due so I need any help you guys can give me. Advice and pics on unblocking the pump would be ace.
