bit of gravel sat on top of the pad?
or the metal dust plate could be touching the disc.

easiest thing to do is take front wheels off and have a look.

Right out and about to day and I got a grinding noise from the front wheels

It's just had new disc's and pads in the front

any ideas what the problem could be this time, does it when turning both ways and can hear it from the outside (window open) more :?

It's an 03 1.8 sri corsa c and done 13,000 miles (500 since new brakes)
