If its had its first MOT and passed then I wouldn't go to the expense.

Might be a reason its going cheap though, ie. its failed and a rebuild needs genuine parts because aftermarket aren't so readily available and its mega money.

How much is the car? You might yourself a bargain but the mileage will still be there when you come to sell it, and lots of people lie about re-builds etc so i'd look for a car with alot less miles tbh

thats a lot of miles for the age of the car!!

Cheers. Reason I ask is because I have seen a very cheap 2002 Zafira Gsi Turbo for sale but has 117,000 miles.

Owner says its mostly motorway miles so with a rebuild including new turbo, cams etc.. think I could get myself a bargain.

What parts need to be replaced on a turbo engine when you are reconditioning it. Engine has nearly 120,000 miles on it.. :|
