i had similar problems to this and i was told it could be my idle air control valve, But i had my ecu plugged into a diagnostic machine and it turned out that the ecu had screwed up it was putting too much fuel in at the wrong temperature and it was idle at 800rpm but kept juddering an cutting out. The guy who sorted it for me explained that the ecu can alter these setting itself he did explain in detail what he said did make sense

sounds like it could be a prob with the fuel or maybe the idle control valve.
