was the piston pushed right back?? common problem

did you check your brake fluid level after you changed your discs? Did you also bleed the system?

sounds to me like you hubs arent pressed into your wheel barings properly.....

have you used machined astra hubs? if so you havent machined enough off them......

search the site and you will find a thread by myke..... he had a simular problem

solution: get m-tech hubs......

yup i tried, and when ever i out the 2.0 discs on the pad carrier wouldnt go round the disc

the problem is gsi discs are 20mm thick, the 2l ones are 24mm thick. yes they do fit, have you tried?

PUT AN XE IN CORSA,

2.0 CALLIPERS AND PADS, BUT GSI DISCS (SAME SIZE BUT A TINY BIT THINNER)

I HAVE A LOT OF TRAVEL ON MY PEDAL,
I KNOW I NEED 2 ABS SENSORS, BUT WILL TAT BE ALL THAST THE MATTER WITH THEM, OR COULD IT BE MASTER CYLINDER?
