Need a lil help pls...

Went to get tracking done on my car, an the guy said that i need to get some camber bolts... What are these?

He said this is due to the alloys an it being lowered does this sound right?

Reading from tracking: Left Front -1 06 camber... Right Front -2 14 camber if that helps.....
