not due till jan but i'm not using the car much at the mo so its not on my to do list to get it sorted right away | |

i've got the same problem as that, i'm going to get the mechanic to check it when it goes for its mot. the other thing that made mine seem a little more unstable was when i jacked up the front end and the wheels came back down straight as aposed to the / \ which they were like (not quite as sharp as that but the bottom edge was out a little more than the top edge) | |

could this problem be caused by worn/fooked wheel barings? | |

sounds like rack with play, mine has similar trouble just dont wanna fork out for anew rack... | |

this is what my steering is like, i got it checked out and was told its wear and tear on steering rack | |

sounds like a problem with your actual steering rack/wheel rather than the suspension/wheels mate | |
