i know some things can be fixed but don know wat to say if this compltely had it or not wats happened do u think blew the amp in stereo or something

tried 2 put amp and sub on my stereo forgot the earth now my stereo wont come on wat could it be can it be fixed its not the fuse, my freind said yea i can fit it yea right blew my fukin stereo today on my birthday aswell
