well. just fitted new circlip, 10 mins down the road, pop - no drive. words cant describe how annoyed i am:mad::mad: any more ideas?:( | |

tried bending the circlip out a little, still pops out :/ going to fit a new circlip tomorrow. adam - can u give me any more info on this spacer? | |

yeah it moves the hub slightly away from the gearbox, stretching the shaft slightly. You just need to make sure you ram the mofo back in to the gearbox hard. Then it whouldn't come out again, and tha the circlip isn't compressed at all, if so bent it out alittle to hold better | |

How much is it lowered? anything more than 70mm will cause this, I ended up geting a spacer made when mine was at -85 | |

nah the circlip is still on the end of the driveshaft. took all the shaft out and had a quick looked, seemed ok :boggle: | |

other morning on ma way to work the offside driveshaft popped out the gbox. got it home and clicked it back in, only for it to happen again about 20 mins later :lol: wtfff is wrong with it? is it the circlip on the end of the driveshaft? or can there be somethin else causing this?..helppp! needs sorting for the weekend :look: |
