Engine is in bits anyway so its not a hassle to get to! I'll have a wee look at it 2nite and see what I think! | |

yeah but might as well get rid of the crappy unreliable EGR valve that causes so many problems, oh dont forget to blank off the hole left in the manifold | |

agree with the monkey man, BUT u will only gain bhp if your car has a dodgy egr. | |

nah dont need it, remove it and the pump, get a gasket some sealant and a spacer and blanking plate, remove EGR valve fit blanking plate and spacer a gasket and some sealant and the car will run better and you will gain a couple of horses | |

Just above the exhuast manifold there is piping for what looks like a second air pump. Is it necessary? I have seen some Corsas without it. I snapped the two bolts that hold it on last night. |
