ok, next question.

How can i check for scrubbing? Is it best to check for marks on the tyre or the arches?

thanks

check that the rear springs are sitting in the bottom cup bit correctly.

it certainly sounds like it's a suspension thing, I don't think i've got any rubbing from the wheels but that wouldn't sound like that anyway would it?

How do i go about checking the rear springs then mate?

thanks for your help

Just had 17s put on the car (205/40/17 tyres) and whenever i go over bumps at a slow speed i hear creaking from the rear of the car.

What could this be? It didn't happen before. :(

Cheers
