i think the dials u got are out of a a later spec car.

u should just be able to slot the dials into there 'home' and the plug goes automatically... I.E u dont actually connect it so to speak....


hmmm... i'm probably not making much sense am i?:lol:

found the green wire behide the dials. the rev counter i got now has 5 wires (black=earth,green=coil,red=battery,orange=battery and white=night lamp) and now i conneted the green one ,where do i connet the rest of the wires? which place best? thanks

just run it from the green wire and cable tie it up to the fusebox and upto the dash!

Piss easy to do and jobs a good 'en

just pull out yer dials and see if the wire is there before you go running wires al over the car....

even easier, grab your haynes manual, 1) fit ya gauge,2) run your wires through your fire wall gromet,3) green wire to neg on ignition coil,4) earth black wire,5) and red to pos battery job done

what does the green wire look like from the ECU? just green or green grey cos i think i saw a green grey wire near there

its either already connected, so plug it in and try it, or its in the loom behine the clocks so needs soldering on, or ya need to run a wire from the green wire at the ECU to the clocks
