is there a 'safe' way to fut these back in as i have had one painted ansd dont wantr to mark the paint refitting them...

Once the screws are located and undone, you do need to give a firm tug. I usually get my fingers down the bit where the front seat belt disappears behind it and just hang on that. Make sure you catch all the clips for refitment.

no dont just pull it

theres 2 screw on the sill trim at the back
1 screw by the base on the rear card and unclip the door seal then pull it thers about 6 pop pins

its more a case of just pulling it lol....

its harder 2 fit back on tho lol
