quickrack is the way to go thats what i have got and only cost £125 i think from TAS http://www.tas.uk.com/. 2 1/2 turns lock to lock but it is a little hard but you do get used to it and builds up the muscles. | |

i wanted a corsa without power steering, and thats what i got.......never liked it, especially on small cars. | |

Yeah a new PAS rack wit fitting is not goping to be cheap so im hoping i can at least improve it with something else.... | |

mine is like this too, if u parked up and wobble steering wheels left to right u can hear it knocking too, garage said "its the pinion on the steering rack" | |

Wrong offset wheels can cause tramlining, as can fooked tracking. Best to replace the cheap bits first before pulling rack to bits. | |

Is this going to be due to my old dodgy steering rack, or could anything else cause it? |
