But seriously the best way to get the alternator to move forward if its stiff is to pull on the belt, just rag the belt upwards from the middle and the alternator will move. | |

you'll need a crowbar, undo alternator top bolt, lever alternator towards bulkhead with crowbar, and whilst its pushed back tighten the bolt up... job done:thumbs: | |
