at the end of the day ind kits are like custom exhausts

the quicker the air in and out the less restricted your engine is

induction kits make no difference over a panel filter unless you happen too drive a turbo diesel model. guy on here did a rolliong road test, induction kit gained like 1bhp over standard, panel filter and drilled airbox gave 4hp.

they will gain you1-2bhp max really, they work by derestricting the air intake, i.e. allowing more air to be sucked into the engine, they will make a difference of throttle respoce really. erm.. on a corsa eather get a sealed type induction kit, but being as urs in a 1.2 no point in spendignthat kinda money, or drill ur air box and fit a panel filter, or do u want lots of noise

Hi All,

How does the induction kits work and do they increase horsepower? If so how does it increase hp?

Also what would be the best induction kit for a 2002 Corsa C 1.2 SXi?

Thanks

chris
