LOL all these suspension questions! Well if its down 60mm i'd get some good dampers like Koni's or Billsteins. If its 40mm you may get away with the std dampers or perhaps go for GMAX which arent actually that uprated. When lowering 60mm or further your going to get a lot of rebound forces from where the car is bottoming out over bumps and rebounding off its bumpstops so best to get some good ones if this is the case, adjustable ideally.

Gmax ones are cheap and not too bad, bilstein/koni/eibach are better but you will pay more

basically prat who owned car b4 me lowered it with lowering springs and "HE THINKS" its down 60mm,when he lowered it he didnt bother getting shocks either,now i dont want to drive around in a bas ass bouncey castle, what shocks do i buy? which are the best and most price resonable? does it have to reflect on what size the springs are?
