my induction kit is inside my standard airbox with the cold air feed running into it from the grill

increases air flow to that area,especally if like mine its tucked right in behind the head light.and if you have vents it replaces some of the air sucked off by the vents

do poeple have these unning to drilled air boxes?.....or just indiction kits? and how well do they actually aid the mod?

position it at bottom grill or even better the top grill by cutting away some of the inner plastic gaurd first, you can use any sort of ducting pipe really, flexiable metal will deflect heat well, some plastic ones might melt!!
