Change the belt, rollers, water pump and coolant at the same time. Wouldnt drive it personally mate, my sisters water pump went on her 1.4 tigra and it threw belt off = £1120 worth of work required!

well the cambelt should be replaced and the coolant will have to be redone at the least

Personally I'd grab a haynes and attempt it yourself! But can't imagine any more than an hours work so about £30 at most :| Someone correct me if I'm wrong :thumbs:

I keep hearing vibrating sounds comin from engine at high revs, then when its idling it sounds like something is clicking down by the timing belt. I went to a garage and they said its most likely the water pump.

The price he quoted was:

Water Pump £18-24
Labour £50

is that expensive because i think so.... dont wanna get skanked pls let me know.:thumbs:
