The fuse for central locking is used for more than 1 device.

Where do the other wires go and what colours are they?

If you have 11 pins in the door, but only 2 wires in the car coming from the loom, then you dont have 11 wires in the door do you?

If your not experience in fitting actuators/rods ect id leave it to a pro. Installing aftermarket kits usually involve drilling the multiplug or drilling a new hole around the same location and fitting grommets and trunking
