yeah dude use the aux input its like connectin up a i-pod/etc. should put the sound from the x-box through the stereo

i have an aux input on my headunit, i can use that

You need an Aux Input or output cant remember which one to run anything secondary throught the headunit!

Not to many headunits have them unfortunatly!

The other option is to get an FM modulator and tune that in but not as good quality!

Yea ud need the inverter to run the xbox. Yellow rca from xbox goes to the screen, but i dont reckon the red and white go the back of the headunit - they're outputs - wouldn't the xbox connect straight 2 ur amp inputs? Or some sort of mixer if you want to have different sound sources (head unit + xbox at the same time)? Unless your head unit has inputs on it that is.

ne1 correct me if im wrong.

im getting a 7" tft screen for my car and i wish to wire up my xbox for the dvd player and to play games etc,
i was jsut wondering if im write in sayin that all i need is a 240v power inverter to make it 12v?
red and white rca's from the xbox to the back of the headunit, and the yellow rca to the screen. is that correct??
