so what no ones made there corsa 5 stud and no one has any advice?

You modify some hubs from a 5 stud Vauxhall, in the same way you would do when modifying 4 stud Vauxhall hubs for a conversion. For the rears, do a rear disk conversion, again, using parts from a 5 stud Vauxhall.
