With the MTech kits you need to add length to the linkage - cut it in half and weld an extra piece in. | |

i am about to do a xe conversion to my corsa and was wondering what has to be done to join up the gear linkage i have heard you have to weld abit onto the end of the linkage but which end the gearbox or gear lever end? Also is it possible to use the gear lever end bit from another car, i read somewhere think it was mig that you can use an astra lever bit and all you have to do is shorten it which is alot easier than extending it, is this true? |
