if your head unit has a connector for an electric aerial, connect it to that.

Wire it to a switched live in the dashboard somewhere, then it will come on when you start the ignition.
But you'd be better off getting a headunit that supports an amp.

I am trying to connect my amplifier to my headunit but my headunit does not have a remote lead in the back. What do i do with the remote connection on the amplifier.
